Vetting Process

Before introducing you to a virtual assistant, we:

  1. Screen CV's and applications - have they had relevant virtual assistant experience? Can they write coherently? Do they present themselves well?

  2. What's the quality of their work like? They're given a paid 1 hour task to complete, that matches the work they'll be doing. Do they ask relevant questions? Submit their work on time? Follow instructions?

  3. Complete a Zoom call with Stefan - every Virtual Assistant that becomes part of QuickHire VA has completed a Zoom call with Stefan. A final check of their language skills, their internet connection, their timekeeping skills and a final test of their language skills.
